Employee guarantees

Wages
We offer consistent, competitive wages that are calculated based on hourly pay rates, a regional coefficient, a northern allowance for working in an extreme climate, additional pay for working on weekends or public holidays as well as overtime pay, a rotational-shift allowance, monthly and annual bonuses and premiums for working at night or for combining multiple roles, etc.
Living conditions
We provide our employees with accommodations in fully equipped dormitories with amenities such as table tennis and air hockey, televisions, reading nooks and gaming consoles. Employees have access to laundry facilities as well as drying rooms for their clothing and footwear. To enable our employees to remain connected at all times, free high-speed Wi-Fi and mobile service are available throughout the work camp.
Meals
Proper nutrition is especially important in the Far North, which is why our employee meal plans – meeting the caloric-intake standards for the region – are designed by the Moscow Institute of Sectoral Nutrition. Our employees receive the following: complimentary, unlimited buffet-style meals three times a day; several menu options; vending machines offering whole-bean coffee and ice cream; fresh fruit and a variety of juices; oxygen cocktails; barbecue dinners and special menus for holidays and themed national cuisine days.
Health and fitness
We provide medical insurance that covers treatment at clinics across Russia. Our site operates two 24/7 medical stations and a digital health centre equipped with AI technology to provide primary care, screenings and check-ups. New employees undergo a health assessment immediately upon moving into a company dormitory. Further health checks are then conducted before the start of each shift to ensure that every employee is fit for work. Our on-site gyms are outfitted with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, enabling employees to maintain an active lifestyle.
Onboarding, training and development
We believe that investing in people is the foundation of success. That’s why we have created an environment to facilitate smooth onboarding and foster professional growth so that every employee can reach their full potential. In compliance with all legal requirements, we provide training in occupational health and safety as well as professional disciplines. We also offer additional company-sponsored programmes that enable employees to obtain secondary vocational or higher education or take online courses. We regularly conduct training sessions aimed at developing flexible skills, as well as professional skills competitions. We have a mentorship programme in place to support new hires with guidance from an experienced colleague. We also have a self-nomination programme, which gives employees an opportunity to apply for any position within the company – because we value ambition.
